These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of agelessbyreva.com (the “Site”), operated by Ageless by Reva (“Ageless by Reva,” “we,” “us” or “our”), an injectables studio located at 5052 S. Jones Blvd #145, Las Vegas, NV 89118. By using the Site or booking an appointment through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Educational information only — not medical advice

Content on the Site, including descriptions of Restylane®, Sculptra®, Dysport® and MINT™ PDO thread treatments, expected results, timelines, durations and pricing information, is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not create a provider–patient relationship. Every treatment requires an in-person consultation and assessment by our licensed provider, who will determine whether a treatment is appropriate for you. Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Site.

If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not use the Site, email or text messages to report urgent medical concerns.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site to book appointments or receive treatment. We may ask for valid identification.

Consultations and treatment

• All treatments are performed at our discretion following a consultation, review of your health history and your signed informed consent.
• We may decline or postpone treatment if, in our professional judgment, it is not safe or appropriate for you.
• You agree to provide complete and accurate information about your health, medications, allergies and prior treatments.
• Following pre- and post-treatment instructions is important to your safety and results.

Results vary

Aesthetic results differ from person to person and depend on many factors, including anatomy, skin quality, age, lifestyle and how your body responds to treatment. Before-and-after photos, reviews and testimonials on the Site or our social media reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee or promise of any particular result. All treatments carry potential risks and side effects, which will be discussed with you during your consultation.

Appointments, cancellations and payment

• Appointments may be booked by phone, email or through our online scheduling service (Calendly). A booking request is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
• Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Our current cancellation, no-show and deposit policies will be provided to you when you book and are part of these Terms.
• Prices shown or quoted are subject to change and are confirmed at your consultation. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Because treatments involve products administered to you and professional time, payments for services already performed are generally non-refundable. Concerns about your results should be raised with us promptly so we can review them with you.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that could damage, disable or interfere with it or its security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Submit false, misleading or unlawful information, or someone else’s information without permission
• Copy, scrape or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, photos, videos, graphics, logos and design — are owned by Ageless by Reva or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. Restylane®, Sculptra® and Dysport® are registered trademarks of Galderma. MINT™ is a trademark of HansBiomed. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their use on the Site does not imply endorsement.

Reviews and communications

If you send us feedback, reviews or other content, you give us permission to use it to operate and improve our business. We will not publish your name, photos or treatment details in our marketing without your separate written consent.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to and uses third-party services such as Calendly, Google, Instagram, Facebook and Yelp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ageless by Reva and its owners, providers and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including professional duties owed to patients.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ageless by Reva and its owners, providers and staff from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
