What is Sculptra®?
Collagen is the scaffolding that keeps skin firm and full. We start losing about 1% of it each year from our mid-twenties, and intense desert sun speeds that up. Sculptra® works on the cause rather than the symptom: its poly-L-lactic acid microparticles signal your body to rebuild collagen where it has been lost.
Because the result is your own tissue, Sculptra looks and feels natural — fuller temples, softer hollows, a firmer jawline and better skin quality, without the “overfilled” look. It is FDA-approved for correcting facial wrinkles and folds and, since 2023, for fine lines and wrinkles in the cheek area.

Consultation & plan
Reva assesses where collagen loss is affecting your face and estimates how many sessions you’ll need — most people need two or three.
Preparation
Sculptra® is reconstituted in advance so it is ready for smooth, even placement. Topical numbing is applied for comfort.
Treatment
The product is placed in a deliberate pattern across the treatment areas with a fine needle or cannula.
The 5-5-5 massage
You’ll massage the area 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days to help the product distribute evenly.
Follow-up sessions
We repeat treatment about every 4–6 weeks until we reach your goal, then maintain as needed.

After treatment, massage the treated areas for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days. This helps the product distribute evenly and supports a smooth result.
Is there downtime with Sculptra?
Downtime is minimal. You may have swelling, tenderness or small bruises for a few days. Most people return to work the same or next day.
